I've gone all preppy again - you know you can't stop me...! This time I wore my new Fair Isle sweater from Seasalt Cornwall (some of you may have seen me ) with smart white trousers (last seen here) and my silver/white brogues. I wore this outfit to the Nuffnang Bloggers Workshop last weekend - I picked up lots of great tips from the excellent guest speakers and will be sharing these in a separate post with you very soon.
Here is one tip for you, however: Do not wear a shirt and sweater combo to a blogger workshop, unless you know you're going to a venue that's got chilly aircon. Even though it was the end of November, it was an incredibly mild day in London (i.e. I didn't really need a coat whilst crossing the river on Blackfriar's Bridge), and I got really, really hot. The brogues were great because I needed flats for jumping on and off trains and tubes, so that's one thing I did get right at least. I think I've been so used to working in freezing cold offices for so many years that the thought of being inside in winter without a sweater was alien to me. Lesson learnt!
Have you been to any blogger workshops or events lately? If so, what did you wear - and did you find you were practically dressed? Do share in the comments :)

Sweater: Seasalt Cornwall, Shirt: Reiss, Trousers: Asos, Brooch: Topshop, Brogues: c/o Kelya Shoes, Bag: c/o Laura Ashley, Nails: Chanel Peridot (Ciaté's Oil Slick is very similar)

P.S. If you like this, why check out what I wore to the Next Bloggers Workshop last year or the SW Blog Social in the summer - all very different...!
P.P.S. Don't forget you could win a 100% cashmere poncho and scarf (worth £278) in my Cashmere & Cotton giveaway if you haven't entered already!
